Shipping policy
Order Processing (Pre-Orders):
- All of our products are made to order. Pre-orders close and items ship approximately 3 weeks after the pre-order closes. Please note that estimated delivery times at checkout apply after your order has been shipped, not during the pre-order production period.
Shipping Times:
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within:
- Domestic (U.S.): 2–5 business days (USPS First-Class or Priority Mail)
- International: 7–21 business days (USPS First-Class International or Priority Mail International)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. From time to time, we may offer flat-rate or free shipping promotions.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
International Orders:
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the carrier. If an issue arises, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking information.
